Innovative Pencil Pots

Innovative Pencil Pots on PhotoPeach

Innovation!

This term we focused on innovation.  The concept of how innovation is improving something to make it better.  We decided our pencil pots needed an innovative make-over, so we created new ones.  Every student had a budget of $10 and all materials cost money.  The idea was to use innovation on a tin to make it into a useful pencil pot.  What a hive of activity!  Everyone stayed under budget and everyone made an original, innovative pencil pot!  Features added  included: gluestick holders, seats for rubbers to sit on, handles, felt inside and on the bottom to reduce noise and lots of interesting decoration.  We were the stakeholders (the buyers) and we decided they were very acceptable.  Well done Room 15.

Term 3 Art - Sunflowers in mixed media

Room 15 worked hard all term to create these wonderful sunflowers.
We used different medium in each of the five sections.
Crayon, pastel, vivid, dye, paint and pencil.
Enjoy looking at the results!
Better still...come into Room 15 and check them out on our walls!
